Connect Groups

April 10 - June 26, 7 pm - 8 pm

Close relationships, with other Christians, is key in developing and maintaining a mature spiritual walk with Christ. At Living Word, we offer Connect Groups: small groups of people who meet together for the purpose of connecting to God, to one another, and to the church. They also allow us to minister effectively through studying God’s Word, praying, and caring for one another.

Our connect groups are at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and begin with sharing a meal (serving lines open at 6 pm). After we eat, we simply take our children to their classrooms, and join a small group of people in the class of our choice.

Getting A Grip On the Basics

The Bible explains that a house built upon the sand will fall, but a house built upon a rock will stand strong. Getting A Grip on the Basics is the class you need to develop that strong foundation. You will learn about the importance of being involved in the local church, the basics of prayer and Bible study, baptism, how to relate to your pastor, and so much more. Establishing these principles is vital to your success as a believer. Whether you are new in your walk with the Lord or just need to strengthen your foundation, this class is for you!
