Pastor Micah Caronna, North Campus Director

Scott Carter Jr., Worship Arts Director
Scott Carter Jr. became involved with LWFC through Twentyfour7 youth church in 2004. He's since faithfully served in several areas of ministry including the youth and adult bands, children's ministry and the media team. He became an intern through Living Word Ministry University in 2008 with a focus in Creative and Worship Arts. His passion is to help people find the arms of Jesus and an understanding of His Word through the mediums of music and media.

Dee Gause, Church Administrator

Dee Gause has been a member of Living Word since 2000. She joined the staff in 2004. She has a passion to see people fulfill the call of God on their lives. That passion has led her into leadership at Living Word. Dee feels that it is an honor and a privilege to be a part of the Living Word family,to have Pastors Steve and Connie as spiritual parents.

Pastor Jody Mitchell, Children's Ministry
Jody Mitchell has been involved in Children’s ministry for over 7 years. His passion is to see children’s hearts set on fire for God; children living in the power of the Holy Spirit, that they may be a light to those in the schools, neighborhoods, and playgrounds who do not know Jesus; and a strengthening of the family unit by the love of Christ.

Pastor Tammy Queen, Student Ministries (North & South Campus)

Tammy Queen has been in Youth Ministry since 1993 serving as a youth pastor and praise and worship leader. She became part of the LWFC staff in 2002 as the Administrative Assistant to the youth pastor,later serving as the Director of Student Ministries in October of 2005. She has a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Living Word Ministry University. Tammy is committed to making a difference in the students of LWFC Youth Ministries by teaching them to “Know Him and Make Him Known”. 

Pastor Jamie Tobler, Outreach and Missions (North & South Campus)

Jamie Tobler has been involved with LWFC since 2001. He served in a year long internship with the youth ministry and later as the director of Five7, our middle school program. He has learned valuable skills with hands-on ministry experience leading adult volunteers. He has also taken large teams of people on mission trips, spanning the globe from Mexico to Romania. He has a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Living Word Ministry University. His heart is to reach out to all people and show them the love and truth of God in a relevant way.  

South Campus Leadership

Pastor Bruce Dial, South Campus Director

After moving to Raleigh in July of 2004, Bruce and His wife Susan became involved in Living Word and began to volunteer on a regular basis. Bruce took on several volunteer leadership roles and eventually came on staff as an Associate Pastor at Living Word in June of 2007. Then, in April of 2010, he became the Living Word South Campus Pastor where he serves today. Bruce also has 16 years experience as a Christian school educator and a Bachelor’s in Biblical Theology. His greatest desire is to see the children of God find their rightful place in the local church.

Mario Patrick, Worship Arts Director 

Mario's passion for music began at the age of 10. Since then he has learned to play piano, drums, percussion, bass guitar, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, trumpet, trombone, flute, and just about anything else he picks up.  He came to Living Word in June of 1998. He has worked as Worship Leader, Band Director and Production Music Coordinator. He is currently the Worship Arts Director for the Living Word South campus, where he oversees the Media, Lighting, Sound and Worship Team, and an instructor in music ministry at Living Word Ministry University.
